Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nebulix. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging with all accessories included.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before sending the item back, please contact our customer service team at whittsventures@gmail.com to initiate the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Label (RML).
  2. Packaging: Include the item along with the original receipt or proof of purchase and the RML.
  3. Shipping: Send your item to the return address provided by our customer service.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges: If your item is defective or damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the return process outlined above. Please note that exchanges are subject to item availability.

Exceptions: Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items used or altered in any way
